The Thermotec site is located amidst the picturesque landscape of Lower Silesian Lusatia, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful forests near the city of Görlitz. Only 5 minutes from the A4 and the exit Nieder-Seifersdorf, we are easy to reach by car.
Flexible working time models (part-time, flextime) as well as the option of a home office or job sharing give employees the freedom they need.
In addition to free mineral water and coffee at dwarf price, a selection of fresh fruit is available daily.
The health of our employees is close to our hearts, which is why we offer monthly physiotherapy or massages by an external physiotherapist.
After the probationary period, each employee receives a monthly tax-free payment in kind of EUR 50.00 in the form of vouchers entitling them to purchase goods or services at selected points of acceptance.
