Complaint

The claim will be processed only if the warranty certificate is filled in completely and signed. Our first response is by email or phone from Monday to Friday within 24 hours. Based on your data and error description, we will check the warranty claim. If the error check shows that the device is fully functional, we reserve the right to reimbursement of expenses in the amount of 95 euros. The traceability of the defect inspection results is guaranteed by the quality management system.

Your data will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your complaint. Thermotec AG assures that your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties.
