EU Data Act – Delta Dore X3D

For Thermotec products with X3D control, components and associated services are used from Delta Dore. These include, in particular, connected thermostats as well as the optional use of the TYDOM app and a TYDOM smart home control center.

is centrally prepared and acts as the data owner for the data generated by these products.

Product and service data

The information provided by Delta Dore includes, among other things, information about:

Data format and estimated data volume
continuous or real-time data generation
Local and cloud-based storage
Storage duration
Data access via the TYDOM app
Data access on request
Disclosure to third parties designated by the user
Duration of the contract and termination of the associated service
