Transparency and access to data for connected Thermotec products

The EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) regulates the access to and use of data generated through the use of connected products and associated services.

Thermotec provides users and business partners on this page with information about the data that may be generated during the use of our connected products and control systems.

This includes, in particular, information about:,

• which data is generated when using a connected product,
• the extent and format of this data,
• whether and where data is stored,
• how users can access available data and
• to whom users can turn for questions regarding data access.
